The DTI to Host Company Law Seminar in Gauteng

The purpose of the seminar is to deliberate on important developments and trends in company law both in South Africa and internationally

The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) and the Specialist Committee on Company Law will host the Company Law Seminar under the theme Burning Issues in Company Law:

The purpose of the seminar is to deliberate on important developments and trends in company law both in South Africa and internationally. The seminar will also focus on how the Companies Act impacts on small businesses, mergers and acquisitions, as well as other cooperative governance issues. 

The seminar will be attended by businesspeople law practitioners, government officials and other entities and organisations affected by the companies’ legislation.
