Coronavirus – South Africa: COVID-19 Statistics for Republic of South Africa (23 December 2021)

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, December 23, 2021/APO Group/ --

A total of 72,689 tests were conducted in the last 24hrs, with 21,157 new cases, which represents a 29.1% positivity rate. A further 75 #COVID19 related deaths have been reported, bringing total fatalities to 90,662 to date.
