New Permanent Representative of Rwanda presents credentials

The new Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the United Nations (Vienna), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Francois-Xavier Ngarambe, presented his credentials today to the Director of the Office for Outer Space Affairs

Mr. Ngarambe holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Tarlac State University of the Philippines

The new Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the United Nations (Vienna), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Francois-Xavier Ngarambe, presented his credentials today to the Director of the Office for Outer Space Affairs, United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Simonetta Di Pippo.

During his career Mr. Ngarambe has served in various capacities, among them:

Ambassador to Switzerland and the Holy See and Permanent Representative to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva (from 2014); Ambassador to China, also accredited to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and People’s Democratic Republic of Korea (2010-2014); Executive Secretary, Financial Sector Development Programme, Rwanda (2007-2010); Chairman and Director General, National Insurance Commission, Rwanda (2006-2007); Director General, Social Security Fund, Rwanda and Chairman of the Board of Directors of leading Companies in Financial Sector, notably Bank of Kigali and Societe Nationale d’Assurance du Rwanda (2000-2006); Various top executive and management positions in private companies in Rwanda, Burundi and Kenya (1986-2000).

Mr. Ngarambe holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Tarlac State University of the Philippines.
